I read a ton of books and due to having a real job and time constraints and a social life, I cannot possible devote the time that is necessary to give them each a well-deserving (or perhaps not-so-well-deserving ) blog post. So, instead, I shall just note them here and you guys can go and read them ....

- A Vision of Lucy by Margaret Brownley: sweet, spicy and competent voice in Christian historical fiction
- The Heroine's Bookshelf by Erin Blakemore: a list that is slightly cliche, luckily refers to the Colour Purple, author obviously smitten with books
- Madensky Square by Eva Ibbotson: Vienna, Edwardian, Romance, Extraordinary, small shop, evokes Parfumerie
- Irish Lady by Jeanette Baker: windswept, Romantic, the scope of Susanna Kearsley [please note that Irish Lady was received gratis c/o Sourcebooks for review

I'll have to keep Irish Lady in mind because I enjoy Susanna Kearsley. I agree about The Heroine's Bookshelf.
Interesting to see the comparison between Jeanette Baker and Susanna Kearsley. I read Jeanette Baker years ago (before Susanna Kearsley) so I didn't I might try Baker again just to see.
