Ooh, I have Horatio Lyle on my wish list, but those books are hard to find! Glad to know the author is worth searching for, though :-)
I saw the announcement about THE BOOK OF RUTH on Enchanted Serenity...and ever since then, the only thing I keep coming back to is that the idea of Carman as Boaz creeps me out a bit. I've always pictured Boaz as a strapping, midthirties-aged guy---you know, a typical romance hero---not a middle aged Italian guy.
